As a suggestion, you can configure various settings related to the TV’s sound such as sound quality and sound mode. Select the appropriate sound setting for your Google TV which best suits you. The sound quality may improve if you change it in [Sound] under [Settings].

Press the (Quick Settings) button or "gear" icon on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Sound] — [Sound mode], and adjust [Sound mode] or [Sound customization].

To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.

Get the most out of your TV through the Help Guide and easily find functions that is available on your TV. In no time, you’ll be able to configure how to install apps, configure Wi-Fi, Cast, AirPlay, Adjust Picture Mode and many more.

We regret to hear you're not having the best experience with this TV and it hasn't performed to your standards, particularly with the picture quality when watching sports or live TV shows. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your TV is great. If the picture is blurry or noise occurs on your Google TV screen when watching videos, please try following the steps on the links below to resolve the issue:

If the above settings do not improve the issue, try changing the Random Noise Reduction settings. Random Noise Reduction items is displayed when Clarity is selected.

On some screens, sports and fast action scenes go by in a blur or motion lag. Our Motionflow XR refresh rate technology keeps movement smooth and clear, allowing fast moving action sequences in sports and movies to be seen with lifelike clarity which results in less motion blur and afterimage, more flowing motion. In addition to setting various settings related to the TV display such as noise reduction, motionflow, and cinemotion settings for picture quality to smooth out any content, picture quality also depends on the signal and content.
