A bit upset.

Ppen box but misding parts are a problem

But tje open box said confirmed that all parts are in it. Of course, that was not true. Spacer for wall hanging and feet for furniture was missing. Was guided to contact Sony. After much back and forth, Sony told me they do not service open box items

Horrific hot spot light bleed

Extremely distracting on dark scenes, literally looks like a flash light shining down on the screen. Its embarrassing.

Then i had to wait a month to get a different TV. Then when it was delivered 3rd TV the wall mount wouldn't work so now I had to buy another TV mount worst experience I've been through. Don't buy from best buy they won't give you any help with pricing.

You can configures display settings that adjust the picture quality, such as screen brightness. To adjust the picture quality to your preferences, refer to the Adjusting the picture quality page.
