    When I brought it home, it was cracked. The tv was super heavy as well.

Your Prime Video app may experience a specific issue or not respond properly for a variety of reasons.     Do not buy this type of poor quality TV in this store and they do not validate the Best Buy guarantee. It is not your best IP.

    We have had this TV for just over three months now. It’s been hung on the wall since day one, there has been a line going down the entire screen for the past week and it was light, now turning black. We will never ever again purchase Sony. We have been told there is nothing that can be done, short of buying a new TV. What a waste of $1200. Not happy at all.

    Picture is clear/crisp and we love our TV. Only complaints are that the remote has to be pointed DIRECTLY at the TV to work and clicking the volume up/down buttons cannot be done too quickly or it does not register the press.
