    Tv turns off when paused watching shows

    Bought this tv a few months back. Picture is great, but the Google assistant and other settings are not . Tv will auto turn off if you pause a streaming app (all idle time outs are disabled. Will also turn of cable box when switching inputs. Annoying that I can't control this the same as my old Samsung TV allowed. no help on sites to correct these.

Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. Your TV may turn on or off for a variety of reasons. To make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV.

      If your TV turns on or off at regular intervals, such as 30 minutes to an hour, it's likely caused by power saving functions such as Idle TV Standby, On Timer, and Sleep Timer. To prevent your TV from being turned off by a BRAVIA™ Sync (HDMI-CEC, ARC, eARC) capable soundbar or other device connected to your TV, check to make sure the connected device is not set to turn off the TV with an auto-off feature or timer.

    Several weeks after purchase I love this TV. I cut the cable cord and use this TV to live stream on Hulu live plus, Prime, Netflix etc. I am pleased with the Google interface. Got the TV to reduce glare and reflection in a bright room and it performs significantly better than my former Samsung smart TV. Highly recommend this TV.

    No true HDMI 2.1

    If you are looking for HDMI 2.1 for 120hz gaming do not buy this tv as it doesnt support Matter of fact it advertised hdmi 2.1 but it doesnt have the basic standard features of 2.1 its a marketing ploy

      Thanks for reaching out to us with your concern. We apologize, the 43" X80K model does not support all the features associated with HDMI 2.1. This TV has a native 60Hz panel (85X80K only is 120Hz) and supports HDMI eARC which is a new function standardized by HDMI 2.1.

      If 4K at 120 Hz is your priority, this is only available for the 85" X80K model. 120 Hz and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) are supported by HDMI IN 3 and IN 4.

      For expanded HDMI 2.1 feature support including 4K at 120Hz signal format, VRR, and ALLM, we recommend having a look on the X85K and up series.

    Sony pixalating after being on for a couple hours

    We bought this on Valentines day and it's now February 18th. The past two days after the tv is on for a couple hours the picture is getting pixalated very badly, its not our internet as we have fiber optics and 1gbt service. Tonight and yesterday our internet tested over 400 down and high 390's up so thats not the proble. Think I would like exchange this and to go to a samsung. Had a great picture still it started doing that.
