    The installers were freindly and worked hard to get the job done. They had a great deal of trouble getting the new surround Sound Receiver to work correctly with my existing system and they need additional cables to complete the job. The associates at the store who assisted me with the purchase should have been a aware of these requirements. They needed to call a technical adviser on my insistence to get the job done correctly.
