    Great picture quality, but TV keeps shutting down automatically. Happens quite frequently & this happened within the first week or so!! Owned several other brands, but none had so much issue within such a short duration of time. Sony customer service has been excellent. They have agreed to ship in a replacement. Let’s see how that unit goes!

    Works great. I like the Artificial Intelligence function by speaking what you want into the remote control. Picture quality is not as good as the current worlds best UHDTV the SONY MASTER SERIES 83” OLED A9J I also purchased for my other AV system

    Crappy Bravia products from Best buy

    My new Bravia 4K TV cost way more than my previous 65 inch TV. The picture is crap. The TV is huge and thick. I am thinking I may want to return it. It's low quality. I truly can't believe it.

    First time buying open box product and had horrible experience. 1. Seem same product was not delivered as this one had scratch and defected picture which was not the case when i saw it in Frisco best buy. 2. Horrible customer service -first it took 30 mins to speak to someone then transferred to colombia as tv experts seem to be based there and rep took 1 hour to raise refund ticket because she struggled with english. JUST HORRIBLE

    Don’t buy this TV

    After only 3 months of usage it starts losing WiFi connections. I have to constantly unplug the tv in order for it to reset. Imagine having to go behind your tv stand to do that every other day and for a brand new tv? Sony used to be a quality brand back in the day but sadly this TV is the worse. I wish I would’ve gone with the Samsung. I don’t think I’ll ever trust enough to purchase another Sony product. For $2100 it’s definitely not worth the price !

      This is not the experience that we want you to have. This isn't normally the case with the Sony X85J. These steps may help resolve the issue:

      1. The Wi-Fi signal strength is weak
      -Place the router close to your TV, then check if the signal strength has improved.

      2. Your TV is too close to the router
      -It is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart.

      3. Other devices are connected to the same network
      -If other devices are downloading large-sized files, such as videos, the network speed may slow down. Cancel or wait until this activity completes and try again.

      4. Restart your TV and reset your router

      5. Interference from other wireless devices
      -If multiple wireless devices or electric equipment, such as microwave ovens, are used at home, it may affect the Wi-Fi performance of your TV. Power off these devices when not in use, or keep them away from your TV.

      6. Check the frequency band setting of your router (for dual-band routers)
      -Some routers support multiple frequencies (ex: 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz), if your router supports this feature, try a different frequency.

    I did not expect a "Google TV" as I am not an android user. Very disappointing. Also picture does not look so sharp as it did at the store, with a pretty high green tint, regardless if we try to reduce it. Overall .. not a great product. Can't even compare to Samsungs.

    Cool looking on the floor, can't run apps

    Garbage. Can't process any apps on the Smart TV software unless attached hard wire to ethernet. Tried to run it off wifi and it constantly got choked up. Even bought an EERO mesh to remove all doubt on processing efficiency. Didn't work. Don't waste your time.

    Dissapointment

    Just 3 mos qith this 2021 model bought during Christmas and it developed a dead pixel and picture disappears. I have a 5 year protection plan but out of a tv for a while unless honored w a new replacement

    Was convinced by employees to purchase this tv. Wasn’t even one day before we decided to return it. Upscaling was terrible like 1980s antenna tv picture. Best Buy says I hit the bad processor jackpot. I’ll stay with Samsung products
