      Hi Jerem,

      We regret to hear you are having display issues with your TV. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your TV is great. Please try following the steps below to isolate the issue.

      1. Check if the issue occurs when on the TV's Home screen.
      2. Use the Picture/Sound symptoms feature of your TV to check the cause of the issue.
      3. If the issue doesn't occur while on the home screen, and after performing the Picture/Sound symptoms, check if the screen has a vertical line while on a different input.
      4. If you're experiencing the issue while using an external device, verify the physical cable connection between the TV and the device, as well as the device settings. If possible, try to use a different cable.
      5. Restart the TV and check if the issue is resolved.
      - Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.

    Love this 75' Sony with the sound bar that is outa this world! Got a really cool deal on them together during Christmas! The sound bar was cheaper then. They work well together. I'm happy in my new home! Too bad my pictures won't load to show how it's mounted in the living room.

    Terrible TV! The coax connection to the antenna is going out 1.5 yrs since I bought this! Piece of junk, go with a TCL instead! Since it was past a year out, nothing that they’re going to do. Make it cheap enough to get out of the warranty period. Nice. I thought Sony was a solid brand.

    Only lasted 5 months

    We bought this 75 inch Sony at Best Buy for my 90+ year old parents so if anything went wrong the Geek Squad could come and take care of it. We bought it and had BB install it on May 1st it completely quit working 5 months later, but BB said they can't touch it because it was under factory warranty and we needed to contact Sony to repair/replace. They have been without a TV for 2 weeks and we've had no help from BB and Sony is now saying a new tv is being shipped but we need to take the broken TV (75 inch) off the wall as they just deliver and unpack the new one and take away the broken one. We will then have to figure out how to mount the replacement.
