No complaints to be had about the TV itself. It has a beautiful picture and with it being backlit across the entire screen the dark moments are exceptional. The colors don’t wash out like edge lit TVs. Being a smart TV it has all the streaming services at a touch of a button on the remote. This is where my only complaint comes in; the remote. It works as it should, but has no built in light to light up the buttons. This causes you to have to leave a light on or turn on your flashlight on your phone. Overall great TV.

BB installation went very well. TV found Sony 7.1 receiver to work volume off the TV remote. Bad: corporate policies will not allow loading of Spectrum streaming TV to get rid of cable boxes and save hundreds per year. Drop in download speed due to distance from WIFI had us get DECO 4M mesh router with satellites now in family room and bedroom to solve buffering with 4K. Old router still works with the easy to set up $125 DECO for more channels out of high speed modem.

Amnesty was the best ! Without her knowledge I prob would’ve purchased the wrong tv! This Sony is amazing! Bright and black! Clarity is top notch! I’ve gotten plenty of compliments and is the best at viewing my Oklahoma Sooners Football! Best Buy NwOkc is my home store and have never had a bad experience shopping there! We had the geek squad deliver and set it up since it was going to be wall mounted and we also don't have a way to haul or handle a television that size. I would recommend having them do it unless you just like fooling around with all the set up and have some way of hauling off the huge box and protective wrapping. they also were able to put all basic functions on one remote for tv, sound bar and streaming device.

The blacks are extremely deep and the colors are rich making for great contrast. It also has a built in App hub where it will display all TV shows and Movies across all your streaming apps as well as a live TV guide without having to enter those individual apps. My only negatives on this TV is that it does have a glare with direct sunlight coming into a room and it also has a fairly narrow viewing angle. Overall I was very satisfied with this purchase.
