This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you. regarding your first concern, if you are experiencing unexpected issues with the TV running slow or lagging occasionally with apps or external devices, we highly recommend downloading and installing the latest software for the TV to make sure your TV runs as smooth as possible.

And for the 120 Hz, the X85K actually supports 120 Hz via HDMI IN 3 and IN 4. Please take note of the following:
• When connecting a video game console that supports 4K 120Hz and VRR, check the label of the HDMI input ports on the TV and connect to the HDMI input port that is labeled 4K 120Hz, or connect to the HDMI input port that is displayed as [Enhanced format (4K120) or [Enhanced format (VRR)] for HDMI signal format].
• A Premium High Speed HDMI™ Cable(s) is fine for general purposes, but if you will connect a video game console that supports 4K 120Hz, use the HDMI cable included with the game console, or an Ultra High Speed HDMI™ Cable.
