      Are you using the TV speaker or there's an external speaker hooked up? In case the TV speakers have no sound or low volume, please try the following steps:

      - Check your TV speaker settings to ensure that TV Speakers are selected. The steps below are an example.
      - Increase the volume of the TV.
      - Make sure the MUTE option of the TV isn't enabled.
      - Make sure headphones or any other devices aren't connected to the headphone jack on the TV.
      - Perform a power reset on the TV.

    If 96% would recommend this TV to a friend, they are not good friends at all. Dark spots began to appear after 2 years. This was a complete waste of money. And a special thanks to the Best Buy associate that recommended it to us. Make sure you get the extended warranty, you’re going to need it. Sony should be ashamed to put out such a poor product.

    Picture was not great returned. Not sure if im too fussy but when spending i good amount of money i would like a plug in and play not have to dial it in ?

    I wish I could return. Not bad for 1,200 ish. The 75 inch tv looks pretty good sometimes yet the picture gets discolored on some frames. Night pictures and sporting could be better and crisp.
