Posted .Thanks for the feedback! In most cases, the picture quality that your TV displays depend on your source. Have you tried other input devices? Are you getting low resolution from streaming apps? You can configure the picture settings on your TV menu depending on your preference. You can also run the picture diagnostic tool on your TV so you can see the maximum resolution and sound quality your TV can provide. Hope this helps. Regards- Craig

Very Disappointed

From day one the power button on our remote never worked. Shortly after, the power button on the tv stopped working as well. Next, we couldnt get the tv to turn on. Now, it will turn on but we are unable to use or control the tv at all. We have barely owned this tv for a month and it us already broken. Do NOT recommend.

Tv wont play the disney app it buffers on most other apps.( i have it wired not wifi). Ive had it going on 2 weeks now and for the price im not really impressed, picture on tv is ok not what i thought a $1400 tv would be like. I feel like i could of done just fine with the $700 tv, which i could return for a cheaper tv

Best Buy has now canceled delivery appointments for over a month to install the TV. They have blown 5-7 appointments. They never call or text to let you know they aren't coming. Can find the TV for similar prices elsewhere. Customer service reps all inadequate.

Won’t accept Direct Tv app.

There is good news, however! As an alternative, if your phone or tablet supports Chromecast, you can simply use this feature from the DIRECTV app to cast the content to this TV.
