No code, wrong order number

Then there was no code on my account, receipt or email. Spoke to multiple people over the phone to get this handle which included being disconnected and transferred twice, only to be told that the order number was for a store purchase even though I purchased it online. That meant that there was nothing they could do but give me a refund, which will take 48 hours unless something goes wrong with that as well.
