Time switch to xbox with that price increase I don’t think it’s worth it 

My experience is great because of its convenience of buying online and receiving the code in and email if you can’t or just don’t want to go to the store and I’ve received my code in about 10 minutes-ish and if you have rewards with Best Buy it helps with later purchases.

I liked this product due to thensimple fact tjatbit saved me a trip! As soon as i purchased it, it cane strait to my email and i was able to redeem it straight to my PSN acount!

I have been buying these because they make it easier to not have to commute to the store. They used to arrive within a few hours to only a few minutes but now they have been taking longer than usual. With the amount of time it has been taking I could have just commuted myself.

Took forever to get the email for digital card, very strange experience

Went to try to redeem but it keeps saying "Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit"

I've been waiting for 1 hour for them to send me the code and nothing

I understand it may take a while to find but it’s kinda annoying that i missed a sale on a game i wanted to buy because of how late I got the code.

Everything went flawlessly! I received the digital code within 5 minutes. We always purchase our digital gaming codes through Best Buy because we love the reward points!

I took more the 48 hours to get the gift card emailed to me

Bought for my son thought I’d be able to purchase accessories from PlayStation but I wasn’t able to they need to add the gift card feature

I have ordered digital gift cards in the past without issue so I didn't think to read reviews but I wish I had before I ordered!! I have been waiting 4 hours for my digital codes. I contacted chat and they told me there was a problem with my banking (even though my payment went through just fine) and I would have to call. I called and they said everything was fine but it could take “24-48 hours” for fulfillment. Are you serious? It’s a digital code! This should be instantaneous! This needs to be fixed. It’s pure craziness that in 2024 a huge company such as Best Buy can’t fix this problem. Read reviews folks everyone is saying the same thing because it is true.

Not a review of the product but Best Buy in general. Every other retailer that allows the purchase of digital gift card will deliver it instantly. Wish I had gone to the Q and A portion of the product info before purchasing because it seems like an ongoing issue. I could have driven to the store and back and been done with my downloads already if I didnt purchase it digitally.

This is just a simple way to buy content on the PlayStation Store without using your credit card. I don't like to have any cards attached to my Sony profile after the great PS3 hack that happened that exposed customer data.

Look, if you're playing on Playstation, you're going to need some funds in your wallet for games, DLC, or Plus. Use your rewards $ and get these for "free"!

This is a good gift for someone who plays a lot of video games with in-game purchases; e.g rocket league, fortnite, cod, etc... basically every modern game has extra features that gamers can purchase, but aren't necessary.

Ordered a digital gift card for psn. Had it in an email within 30 minutes and was Back to gaming in no time! Great way to purchase more store credit!
