Possible it could have been an issue with my son but we tried everything to find out where it went and we couldn't. It won't deter me from getting digital items from Best buy because like I said over the last year or so this is the only issue I ever had doing so.

Beware of the Bundle package. Its a hoax

Since the console wasn't available the entire ordered should have been deleted. Guess what not the card. This is unfair and unethical. I will never consider attempting to purchase a bundle package again. Beware!! As an elite member means nothing when I explained what occurred. It's sad the organization has yo stoop so low to obtain sales.
