This is my second try buying a digital card. First time I waited hours and did not receivethe card… had to contact customer service to cancel the order because you can’t from your order history. Told me it was just an error and to repurchase. Well, I bought again over 12 hours ago and same thing happened.

When in the cart said immediately, now it says soon. Apparently, immediately means 24-48hrs. Minor detail, but when that's the driving force for the purchase it leaves a sour taste that when a purchase is done you now have to wait.

Best Buy is terrible for this. Remove digital purchases from your store if you can't fulfill your sales. Do not buy anything digital from them. The can take your money and make you wait, hours, days from something that is supposed to be instant. Wish I would've checked reviews, hopefully this will help someone.

Don't order an e-gift card here if you want to use it immediately. My order was placed 24 hours ago and still no code email. My local grocery chain website sells e-gift cards and delivers them within 5 minutes!

I tried to explain this to a customer service representative over Best Buy online chat and the best they could give me was the generic answer like "Best Buy gift cards are tax free and this Playstation Store card has state taxes charged to it." I bought a $25 game off of PSN and was charged tax even though I was already charged tax buying this from Best Buy. So now if you're buying a gift card from here and then buying a game that is the value of the gift card you bought, you'll be double taxed. Every other video game gift card, whether Xbox, Nintendo, or Steam is tax free. I think they switched to some other vendor to make things more simple (the product page is different and more streamline) but now taxes are charged to this. Do not buy this until it is fixed.

Can not believe that on the bottom it says after purchase it will send right away, and it never did, this is trash especially how fast it is to go elsewhere

This was absolutely ridiculous it still has not been delivered to my email so that i can redeem it. I will be ordering from amazon next time as they give the codes right away. I was buying something else on here and decided to give it a shot.

It's been over a day since I purchased this online, and it doesn't seem like it'll be arriving in my inbox any time soon. I've purchased other gift cards from Best Buy in the past, and none have ever taken this long to be fulfilled. It'd be far faster to go to the store to purchase a physical gift card than it would be to receive an email with the gift card details, which is insane in this day and age.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered this because I thought it would easier than going to the store and getting a physical card. It’s been 13+ hours and STILL haven’t received the code. I contacted best buy support and they said I would have to wait an additional 24-48 hours for it to be fulfilled and they wouldn’t let me cancel this order either due to it not being fulfilled. GO STO THE STORE AND BUY IT!!!

Honestly don't recommend buying this if you think you are going to get it first thing. It has been 5 hours since I made my purchase and still haven't received my code. I mean how long does it take to send a digital code? I'm not tryna hate on best buy because I actually like going here but this is kinda crazy if you ask me.

Still havent received the code after an hour i hope i get at least by tomorrow.

You may or may not receive the code instantly. Best Buy says “Usually in less than 30 minutes” The word Usually should be changed to Rarely. I paid $100 to wait. I’m gonna be like that old lady in Titanic who said “It’s been 84 years” when I finally get my code. I’ve been scammed by Best Buy. No longer shopping at Best Buy ever again.

It shouldn't take more than a day to get my gift card

Ordered 4 hours ago. No email. Checked all folders. Order page just says "order received" so it actually hasn't been sent. How can this happen with a digital item? I don't think Sony would be happy that you are a verified seller of PSN cards and you could keep people waiting this long. Anyone thinking it's safe to buy these if you need it quickly, I would not do it.

Incompetent company hasn't sent my order and it's been over 48 hours. Spoke with multiple different people and NO HELP.

Couldn't even get the code. They said it would arrive within 48 hours but still never got anything. Ended up getting a refund but had to talk to 4 different people before I could get anything done about it. Just get one from the store, it'll save you time.

Its been days and Ive still yet to get it. Customer service is horrible and extremely slow. Honestly avoid this horrible company :).
