Its been a day and a half still dont have the card. Called best buy support twice and went in to best buy and it was no help.

Do not buy this from best buy if you expect fast delivery of code to your email. Customer service told me it would take 24-48 hours to receive the code. Better to order off Amazon, at least the card will get delivered to your house faster.

slow delay won't arrive. Im cancelling it. Takes way tooo long waiting for it

Been waiting for the PlayStation card and havent got it.

Awful wait time, You’re better off going to the store getting a card, then go to a movie, stay for the credits, visit your parents in a different stay, go on a date, get engaged, get married, and use the card right before you die of old age.

This is the worst service ever just buy at a store it’s been over an hour and I still haven’t got it

It’s not instant when literally everywhere else it is??? It’s a digital card how is it that hard to do.

I can't speak for everyone buying this product. But the description says that you should be getting an email in 30 mins, so a person would wait for about three hours. THEY TOOK 19 HOURS TO FINALLY CANCEL MY ORDER. If they had canceled it within the three hours marked I would not have been disappointed, but if they made me wait a whole day for something that should take 30mins, then they get the one star. >=(

I been wait for a while like 2 hours still didn’t get the psn code though it was saying it was going to be here like less than 10 minutes so I hope if anyone gets this card it will send the code to u happily.

havent received code yet and been some minutes, Food wasnt good, slow, staff was rude

19 hours and going for my order. Contacted Customer support 2x both saying well wait some more.... This is after I call and lady picks up phone sets it on the desk and continues her in office conversation I was privy too for 6 mins before I hung up.

I wish I would've read the reviews; I have waited 14hrs and still haven't received my code.

I ordered my card 13 hours ago thinking it would be a fadt process, still havent received a code. Theres no reason it should take this long to get a digital code
