What a hassle…..

Spent several hours chatting with Best Buy and Sony . Ended up having to send documentation to Sony proving I bought the card. I would not buy this from Best Buy again.

Took 12 hours to get code

Ending up having to call support after 10 hours if bo code. They told me they can’t do anything and to wait. Never buy a digital code from best buy go anywhere else

Received an inactive/not working gift card

Getting it in store anywhere would probably have better results than ordering online.
