I wanted a 77 inch oled TV since they were offered at Best Buy but the cost was to much, but now that they are more affordable I jumped on it. Picked the Sony A9G over the LG because of better upscaling and what i think is a more solid build of the 77 inch size. I have had a lot of Sony TVs in the past and I have two LG 65 inch oleds and I wanted something different for the main TV, Love this A9G TV......

Great picture very easy set up, very deep blacks for a LED TV and the viewing angle is ok!

This is the ultimate home theater. Picture, sound, but with a sound bar it’s amazing. Movies, sports anamation, cartoons, news, even commercials. I want To give credit to Best Buy’s, for the service they gave me. My first Samsung curved screen went bad, and couldN’T be repaired, Best Buy’s gave the credit for the Samsung for the Sony 77’ OLED. I also want acknowledge the Geek Squad repair, and installation reps they did more than excellent in there work. I have Bought many items From Best Buy’s and will continue to do so.

The picture quality when watching a movie in 4K is amazing! I highly recommend Sony television for quality and ease of use.

Excellent tv ,correct size for our room.color is brilliant Yet real. Blacks are great. Over all a great value even at its costo

Picture quality and contrast are amazing on this tv. It makes the viewing experience so much better along with an option for a center channel

The Sony Oled tv was the best choice I made. It has all the apps I need. Combined with the Sony 3.1 sound bar made the room complete.

It’s an outdated model and I know the screen is actually LG. Until I saw this and the LG side by side, the Sony “Master processing” meant nothing. Now I know Sony chips can actually make an LG look that much better. Out of the box, this is the first and only TV I did not have to spend hours playing with settings. Even my older Sony 4K projector I spent 3-4 hours watching and tweaking picture settings. I want to buy a second one of these before they stop being produced.

Great picture. I don't know how it can be better. I'm happy with the purchase and happy with the Geek Squad that installed it. I did exchange the 65" with the 77" after owning the 65" for only a week. This was an extremely difficult task to get accomplished with Best Buy. It took over eleven hours of phone time with them to accomplish this task. They made many appointments to accomplish this task, which sounds simple but was a very difficult and arduous task for them. Horrible experience.

Incredible screen resolution from all angles. Deep blacks and colorful images. I watched Life in Color on Netflix and was just amazed at the clarity. I was not able to vouch for the speaker in the TV as I hooked the center channel up to my home theater. Geek Squad told me that my center ceiling speaker was going to be better than the televisions speakers even though that was an initial selling point. Hooked this up to a Denon receiver through AudioQuest in-wall cables.

Purchased a Sony OLED TV A9G 77in sales lady was great she answered all my questions about burn in about the Y is that I needed to get a 4K connection and how to set it up in the menu very helpful set it up TV works great beautiful picture surprisingly great sound actually sounds like a sound bar pretty deep bass delivery guys were right on time and very careful very happy with the overall service!

I've waited a couple of months before reviewing as I wanted to get some hours with the TV under my belt. Absolutely love this TV. For reference, my previous TV's were a Pioneer Elite and a Panasonic ZT, some of the best monitors ever made and this TV still exceeded my expectations. I also compared this Sony to the LG CX and the Vizio OLED and colors on the Sony are far more true and the motion, particularly for sports, is beautiful. I can't recommend the A9G enough!

Incredible picture and sound! Lots of inputs and lots of preloaded apps. Really good, complete easy to use remote. Very happy!

Picture is amazing, sound is good (What little I've heard from them anyway; I have a receiver so the TV speakers are turn off) . Be warned, however, that if you use Dolby Vision 4k 60Hz pass through from a receiver, you have to go into the settings on the Sony and enable extended support for 4k 60Hz 4:4:4 on the HDMI port you are using as input to the TV. That one took me a while to figure out...

Now I know why this tv called the Master Series. Amazing pics and the black is so nice & dark.

Picture quality bests my plasma tv. Built in sound system beats my Bose sound bar. Pandora app won’t work with screensaver either the screensaver saver doesn’t work in app or you lose music when sitting at main menu. Will work properly on AppleTV. You can’t zoom in on the picture unless you run through external device like AppleTV. Seems like the tv locks up at times when switching apps and I need to unplug the tv. This might be related to the WiFi as using a hardwired cable doesn’t have this problem.

Coming from an 65 inch Sony A1E Oled. The 77 inch AG9 did not disappoint. Love the thin bezel. The low profile of the stand makes appear that it is floating. The back area of tv cleans up well with the plastic covering. Pictures is great. The interface is smooth and fast and responsive. No real lag. With the screen size being bigger...the immersion during movies are greatly improved compared to the 65 inch tv. Bonus...it was on sale and got payments interest free.

So I have the LG oled and this is on another level. I will admit the LG is great for gamers but for movies/tv shows it isn’t as nice as the Sony. Also my Sonos sound bar sounds waaaaaay better on this TV compared to the LG. Thought it was in my head because of the price difference but my wife even agreed. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a significant upgrade in their tech game.

We were very pleased with a number of things in the process. We received guidance in the difference in LED, Nano, and QLED. Delivery and set-up were on time and helpful in understanding what we bought. We bought a Sony because of past experience. The QLED 77” was way beyond our expectations. The picture is outstanding and we are still learning everything it will do. We are very please with Sony and with Best Buy Waxahachie and will continue to give them our business.
