Good picture quality. Operating system has issue. Remote control does not respond many times.

It's like being at a movie theater the picture is unbelievable colors are so Vivid and bright

We can actually see the people on the screen which is like sitting across the table from them. The picture is relaxing so you can see detail and the objects without squinting. The wire connections, power and HDMI cables, run neatly and are tucked away. We love the looks. I built a flat 2 1/2" high platform to raise th TV above the soundbar. Fits perfect. Thanks to Best Buy Geek Squad for setting up this 77" Sony A9G TV!!!

Great quality picture. OLED is the way to go! Kinda heavy, but worth it.

A 77" Sony OLED TV offers the best picture I've ever seen. I purchased a 4K Blu-Ray player (LG), had the upgraded 4K cable installed, and put in the extended edition 4K version of The Hobbit. The clarity is unmatched, the sound was outstanding (separate 5.1 digital music system), and I am quickly becoming spoiled. Even playing conventional (non-4K) DVDs results in drop-dead gorgeous images.

The TV was well protected in the package it came in. The only problem I had in the set up was the tv mount stand. I had to get a tap for the screw holes. The threads weren't cut right but after tapping, worked just fine. Other than that, the tv has worked flawlessly and a fantastic picture even with an outside antenna. It's like night and day from my old 47" Visio that was over 15yrs old and refurbished at that.

This TV is so clear, so user friendly!!! We would buy it again if we needed another one.

This is my first OLED TV, and what a TV it is. I wanted this tv not only fo the picture quality, but also to be able to use this as a center speaker in my 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos setup. the only way I could get this to fit was to not have a center speaker. This TV was the winner at the "TV SHOOTOUT 2019 WINNER! King Of TV's".

I was on the fence about purchasing this tv. It was between this and the 75" LG OLED. I chose the Sony A9G because of of its beautiful picture! If you can afford to, invest in quality HDMI cables for all your other devices to use with this tv. My next purchase will be a sound bar and subwoofer that would compliment this tv's gorgeous display. After getting it home I was very satisfied with my purchase.

What a tv! The picture is amazing and the size makes an impression. The whole family wants to now watch all their favorite shows in the living room instead of their bedrooms or ipads. You cant get this level of immersion from a tablet and the best part is watching the kids faces rewatching Movies and shows like it was the first time.

Hands down best TV that I own. I currently also have a Sony 55 inch LED tv, and a Sony 65 inch LED tv, but this new 77 inch Sony OLED TV beats them both. Don't get me wrong, we still use the other two, but this new 77 inch tv is amazing. To me Sony is the Toyota of TV's. They are good quality and last a long time. As long as they keep up building quality tv's I'll keeo on buy the same brand.

Great experience so far with this TV. While pricey, the quality and picture of this TV is outstanding. I am a person that is stepping up from a 32 inch TV to this. ...wow!! The colors are amazing. Happy with the purchase and would do it again.

Great colors and contrast, as expected from an OLED. Does have noticeable judder on slow panning shots. Easy setup. Dont forget to enable HDMI enhanced mode if connecting to the Xbox or PS.

I can't say how impressed I am with this TV! My boyfriend suggested it and I was totally surprised how great it is.

This is truely the best tv l've ever had. The pictures and sound is unbelievable. You want be disappointments in anything about this tv. Yes its a lot of money to spend but its worth every penny! If you can catch it on sale buy it. If not save your money and then go buy it. Check out all the YouTube videos and do your research. I truely recommend this tv.

Absolutely love this TV!! Picture quality blows my mind its so crisp clear and vivid. The settings were easily manageable to adjust the picture. It automatically detects movies that are dolby vision and atmos and when watching 4k youtube videos the tv detects that and automatically adjusts it. I paired this TV up with the Sony Z9F soundbar + rear speakers to get the most out of my movies!
