I looked at this same TV last year and this year it is $1,000 cheaper. If I were you making this consideration BUY IT, the best quality TV I have ever owned and worth the investment. I have cathedral ceilings and lots of light streaming into my living room now I can see the picture perfectly clear no glare at all. Amazing!!!

I work in film/tv and am very particular about seeing the best possible example of a finished film / tv project at home. This TV is nothing short of amazing. Density of the image, color, black levels - in my world of pricey high-end gear it's actually pretty shocking anything like this is available to consumers - let alone at this price point.

Have a 3 year old lg OLED an excellent tv wanted to buy a 77 inch inch for the family room after reading a bunch of comparison reviews I chose the a9g. Without guestion the lg OLED and Sony OLED are the 2 best tvs you can buy in today’s market. I give the Sony a slight edge the color seems a touch richer and deeper but both are great

Overall, this TV is everything we expected and more. Picture and sound quality are great. I would have rated 4.5 stars, but so far we have had one issue that I have not followed up with Sony. On 2 occasions since our purchase date we have lost sound when trying to use some apps. So far, unplugging and plugging back in seems to correct the problem. I am assuming this is a problem with the TV, as other TV’s in the house with the same apps work as expected.

Well what else would you really want? Beautiful picture period. Great speakers/sound! I have the 65 inch now, but traded it in for the 77 inch. Why would I not? For the price I paid for the 65 originally is what I am paying for the 77 now. Just wonderful, waiting for the local Best Buy to hire a Tech person for tv calibrations now.

Excellent purchase. Amazing images, even on non-4K HD programming. Replaced a 65" plasma and are totally satisfied. Can't comment on the native TV sound as we immediately connected to an AV receiver and external speakers. Best picture setting to use is "Custom" which gives the most accurate picture quality and color reproduction.

The detail in the picture is outstanding. The sound is not good; you'll want to use a surround sound system. In the store I compared it to other models / brands & this was hands down the best picture. When got it home, this TV is everything I thought it would be. Bit pricey (waited till it went back down to Black Friday pricing) but worth it.

Very nice tv, all the bells and whistles, and then some more unexpected nice features. Amazing sound but it keeps getting a pop up upon turning it on saying "your TV supports a higher resolution, Do you want to [UPDATE] OR [CANCEL] but it never takes the updated upon pressing update, only the CANCLE. It is hooked up to the internet. Also, sometimes the TV doesn't recognize the cable set-top box is turned on. (( No Signal)) BUT THE CABLE BOX IS ON. So I have to manually go to the TV remote and click the cable input to "discover " the cable box!

Awesome Sony 4K Oled TV. Isreal showed us everything and Sammy delivered and installed. Cannot say enough great things about the TV, Isreal, and Sammy is awesome. I ask for him by name and Katakana also. AJ the manager does an awesome job at this store.

Excellent, easy install, solid design. I have owned Panasonic, LG, Samsung, and Sony. Most recently Purchased Samsung and Sony because I couldn,t decide which one I wanted. Sony wins hands down. Samsung was a good second option. Preforms above and beyound expectations. Absolutely would recommend this product!

Best quality picture no doubt.. oled way to go. 77 is legit

Great product quality. This Sony Master Series OLED 4K has excellent picture. This TV is installed near sliding door which allows light to pass through; nonetheless, picture remains sharp viewing from any point in living room.

I relied a lot on other reviews of this 77" Sony OLED TV, and I am not disappointed with how it works. Great picture on all dimensions and it begins to give you the feeling of being in a theater. The crew that Best Buy sent to do the installation was great--knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. No complaints here!
