This TV is pretty awesome. The LG OLED panel + Sony Processor + Android TV = one of the best TV's on the market. It is by far not the cheapest TV on the market but in today's age you get what you pay for.

The picture on this TV is phenomenal, the size is perfect for living room. The TV together with the Sony sound bar makes our living room feel like a theater room without all the extra expense. Love it.

Really enjoy the quality of the TV and of the sound bar. Was really impressed with the Geek Squad service installers. They explained what they were going to do and they answered all of my questions.

TV was delivered in prefect condition and worked great. This OLED 4k UHD was visually a definite upgrade to my old Panasonic 65 inch plazma TV. And the Android operating system is fun to use.

I love my new TV! The quality is fantastic. I do think 77" is a bit big. I should have gotten something a bit smaller, but it is fantastic. I do wish that they weren't so expensive.

I was not disappointed at all I am very pleased. Sony Bravia has always been my favorite TV the color and the sharpness are really great. Hopefully I will have this TV for a long time.

Crystal clear picture. Find new cool things every day. Easy to get to Netflix, google Play, Amazon Prime and YouTube. But Hulu is more difficult to find. Would like to be able to customize Home screen.

love this tv, I replaces a Samsung 3d that i loved but I must say the reds on this Sony are the brightest I have ever seen. Very happy.

This is my first OLED TV and so far I like what I see. The picture quality is excellent and sound quality is almost like having a sound bar. Would definitely recommend this SONY OLED to a friend.

I upgraded from the 65" Sony A8F OLED TO this unit and have not been disappointed one bit. Expensive but worth every penny.

Awesome TV. Picture quality is super. Integrates really well with our other components and sound. Really cool having the airplay feature to instantly play from your phone and computer!

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT, Man this jocker is great the picture shows like a movie theater at night. My woman and friends are amazed by it. I suggest if you have a big wall go get you one

Great picture and easy to set up. The only problem I have with the tv is sound. This models sound doesn’t match the size or the price, so have some extra cash for sound bar and base box.

This TV is amazing. The salesman told us we would never be able to enjoy other TV's after watching this one... He was right. The blackest blacks I've seen and the colors are soooo vibrant.

excellent picture _ had _SEVERAL PROBLEMS with no space under tv for cables -had to switch Sony soundbar for Bose soundbar which is so much better for dialog. Fantastic help from geek squad Matthew Savage and Tom ? also Best BUY assist manager ANGELINA- all should be rewarded for their caring and skills in keeping me as a customer with BEST BUY.

Wow, the difference is amazing! I recently switched over from a 75 inch LED TV to this OLED and the difference is extremely noticeable. The difference is well worth the price difference.

Best Buy's customer service handled this purchase exceptionally well. The first product arrived with a broken display. They promptly handled that return process and their customer support staff should be commended for their efficient and effective response. We had a new TV replaced within only a day or two. So far, the tv itself is ok, but does not seem to have the quality of Sony TVs I've purchased in the past. Perhaps it's the shoddy streaming and cable services (highly likely). Not sure. But, occasionally, screen quality is poor and distorted, which is frustrating and distracting. My other Sony TV in the same house does not have these same issues. In all, you'll probably be happy with this purchase should you choose to go this route, especially if you are trading-up from a different and older screen. Aside from the occasional distortions with streaming services, it's been pretty terrific so far.

I Just love this television. It has the best picture I have seen and the sound quality is amazing. Without going into the technical details is definitely worth the price
