This is hands down the best tv in the world. Sony did it again. When you want quality you’ve got to pay for it.

If it wasn’t for Catlin, you would not have made the sale for the TV and the soundbar. She was the only one that could answer every one of my questions. The others had no idea not even Geek Squad! When the installers came out, they were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job

After using this tv for sports, movies, viewing Youtube vids, and watching Netflix, I am very happy with both the video and audio quality. There is some complexity involved in initial set up and having it relate with recievers, cable boxes, and other HDMI equipment so I would recommend Geek Squad to set it up.

What can you say. Sony makes an excellent TV. Sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Likewise, the installers knowledgeable and professional. Overall experience was positive.

The picture is great in dark rooms. I like a brighter screen. I only have 2 windows in the room to the side with darker curtains on them so the room isnt very bright but still the screen looks dark. Sure it has great blacks but not bright in anything else. I am going with now the Sony 85 inch 950h. It is being deliveried tomorrow so hopefully this will be a big differnence in size and brightness.

This is the best that’s out there IMO. Only thing it’s missing is that 2.1 HDMI port on the back. Doesn’t matter though in the least and I’m a big time gamer! I get 4K images on both PS5 and Series X! Plus there won’t be games runnin 4K at 120 for a long while.

Love the TV. Amazing Picture with deep contrast and excellent viewing angles. Still learning all of its features.

Good TV, but then the 2021 A80J went on sale for the same Price I paid for the a9g so I returned it

A great TV product made by sony. Service by best buy was extremely satisfying. Their price match guarantee and free delivery was very good. Will recommend best buy products to anyone buying new entertainment equipment.

This TV is excellent. No complaints and I love how it seamlessly integrates with my Android phone and Playstations. I got it on Black Friday for $1500 off and 24 months no interest. Maybe wait for a similar sale, since it is a 2019 model.

We like the tv. My husband loves the size. It has a sharp video. The sound is good.

Great oled but I like my 65" LG C9 better toe the picture quality is better on the Lg over the Sony

Does not communicate good with av receiver and direct tv receiver, great picture, too many settings.

TV has a great picture but will not maintain my Wi-Fi connection and I did not have this problem with my Samsung that my SONY replaced. Further, my Samsung in our bedroom does not have this problem as I have had to resort to streaming in my bedroom. I am waiting for Geek Squad to come to see if this problem can be solved.

We love our 77 inch Sony 4K television. It is everything that we were told it would be. The geek squad did a fantastic job hanging it right where we asked and getting it working properly for us. Thank you to our friends at Best Buy.

Beautiful TV. Setup much easier then anticipated; in looking at the size upon delivery I initially had regrets we didn't have BestBuy set it up, but was much simpler than expected. On top of it, the BestBuy delivery team were great.

Best TV we have ever owned. Sony’s color processing is unsurpassed. The remote is a big step up from the regular Sony remote. There are not enough superlatives to describe how awesome this TV Is. it is beautiful in every way.
