Picture and everything worked great. After approximately 45 days the TV started getting a grey bar at bottom of it. Approximately 10 inches width starting at bottom, all the distance from left to right. Now I get to started calling manufacturer for a 4,000 TV! Complete bs My LG OLED has been going strong for years.

The TV is great. Only problem being when first turning it on the picture is all snow, then whn it finally goes on the sounds out of sync with the people. So I have to turn it off and then turn it back on.after that it works just fine giving it some time. Any suggestions would be helpful, paid alot of money for the TV and it shouldn't be doing this. Will be waiting for your reply. Robert Schaefer

Great TV I just have to remember the full use of the colors have to be delivered from the use to get the full potential of what this TV has to offer.

The Geek Squad was committed and did a good job of installation and reprograming universal remote. Unfortunately the new Denon receiver was defective and had to be replaced, which it was. However, since replacement the subwoofer is not working and I am trying to get an appointment to have it looked at. Have reached via text to Ed I believe, one of the installers, but have not heard back.

It was between this and the CX The chrominance overshoot is only noticeable on compressed content and is worth the more accurate near-black handling IMO

Excellent picture. Sound quality is ok at best. Remote could be more intuitive

I purchased this at the Oakdale Magnolia center. Lem was the salesman and he knew all the intricacies of the tv and the picture is amazing. Check out Magnolia and ask for Lem.

All I can say is WOW. This TV is the bomb! I can’t tell you how great it is. All I can tell you is you will not be disappointed. The clarity is almost 3D.

Had a 60" Sony before. This 77" is so much better with OLED resolution and faster refresh rate (little or no pixelization). Geek squad mounted and adjusted and didn't leave until I was comfortable with all controls.

Best way to describe is remember when you went from SD to HD? That’s how it felt watching HDR on this incredible TV!!!

Love this Android TV. So easy to navigate the menu system, and has such an awesome vivid, crisp picture color, very thin profile tv and hangs beautifully on the wall. Easy setup too.

This new television is unbelievable. It's so futuristic and advanced. It's just a joy to explore and use. I only have one small problem. The sound went out on five times last night. I managed to correct by turning the TV off and back on again to reset the sound. Curiously, this happened only while I was watching a movie on HULU.

Absolutely the best TV I have ever bought!!! Sony knocked it out the ball park with this TV and the way Google assistant and the apps work. To me, absolutely flawless!!! Great job Sony!!!

Everything was ok. except the delivery of TV. Heavy TV only one man was carrying. Obviously TV was roughed up, handled and dropped very roughly. The other person apparently driver was suppose to help the poor one person doing all the heavy lifting. I felt sorry for the person doing all the lifting. He was visibly overwhelmed.Wearing no mask.
