Wife ok’d getting my dream TV and it has been amazing so far. 4K on this looks so real. Saving to get a nice sound system to make this tv really pop

Nice tv however the computer went out on the app side causing no sound but Sony is replacing the tv with a brand new one at no cost. They are very supportive and made the transition easy.

I bought this Sony 77-inch A9G oled tv because everyone was raving it.So I got one to see for myself.It didn’t disappoint:display is stunning .speakers are loud enough without need for a sound bar.The tv itself is compact relative to its size.A little pricey but worth every penny.Will recommend it if you can afford it

Did not want oled because of but in, had a 55inch lg with oled and it now has burn in after just 4 years, so I a bought Sony TV 85 inch and love it just as much as any oled TV.

Loving the new tv but more disappointed in my cable provider for the lack of high quality content The sound is not up to the standard you would expect

Great pic intuitive remote easy set up. Light weight

So far love it, the colors, the size, the features ex. I can easily use google to turn on/off tv without a remote. same w/ turn up/dwn volume. I also have all the apps netflix, hulu, apple tv etc. not yet used to all it offers yet to elaborate. Great for watching movies,sports.

Best buy technicians were very courteous and professional when they installed my TV. They took their time and was very patient in working me through all the processes, allowing me to ask questions as they went along. I couldn't have asked for a more better professionals and display of their knowledge and product know how.

I did a lot of research and ultimately decided on the Sony over the same-in-class LG. I was a little hesitant with the large price tag but it’s been worth every penny.

Quite pleased with the service provided by sales rep and store manager in sorting out the purchase and installation of our 75" TV.

This Sony, Oled is 2nd to none in the Market!!! The Processing is what sets this TV apart from the others on the market. Phenomenal TV and easy to setup.

beautiful, magnificent. Simple and easy to use. Honestly I did not bother learning how to use it; my 12 just told me how when I got home from work.

This TV is incredible. The only thing missing is HDMI 2.1. I had to buy a new receiver anyways to work with the new TV so one purchase caused another.

The TV is great...however we continue to have problems with the all the remotes, they do not seem to want to sync up correctly and work properly
