    Great TV but problems with losing sound using apps. Only solution...had to buy a Roku...seems crazy after paying so much for the TV.

    It's good TV, but the panel could be better. LG OLED picture in my opinion is better.

    I HATE SONY, You can't talk to ANYONE IN AMERICA, ONLY Third world countries, I cannot understand them and they have trouble understanding me. I Hate this TV, It doesn't go on right away it goes on then a black screen then goes on .The Remote Doesn't light up you have to turn on lights on to see the buttons.

    Beautiful TV but still can’t get my reward points

    Bought this beautiful TV but getting the associated rewards point has been brutal. I have called numerous times and been told the points will be added and again not added. Also called the phone number for elite members and numerous times had the operator “drop” my call after waiting long periods of time. Very disappointing.

    After 6 months it died. Sony has been great, we followed their directions, sent pictures of the TV malfunction, copy of our receipt and some other documentation, all reasonable. After review, they sent us a new one. We will have to send the old one back, they are paying for that freight as well. We have the Geek Squad coming today to take the old one down and put up the new one. Don't know for sure what is wrong, seems like a motherboard issue.

    Bought the top of the line TV. But, it has issues. I'm on my second one. The First TV lasted one month, was told the internal power gauge was going out. The display turns off randomly and you have power on again. The second TV is now having the same issues.

    Tv is great but have had to get a replacement due to a white line on the screen. Best buy was able to get it exchanged within the week. So has had some issues but has been fixed.

    I thought it would be phenomenal but it wasn’t so good. I returned it and got a Samsung 8K instead. I gave Sony a chance to impress me but the experience was OK.

    At home picture/quality vastly under scored vs in store. Require additional assistance to determine if set up is at fault per viewing results.

    geek squad is awful. they can't figure anything out. came back 5 or 6 times to install our tv and try new things but smart tv doesn't work, prime doesnt get sound and is glitchy, netflix only works half the time. cust service says it is a tv issue but they kept sending geek squad out hoping to fix it by having me buy more stuff (an optical cable). and guess what, after all this back and forth they are now telling me i am out of warranty. they had better fix this and make an exception. i spent 10k on everything and it is awful.

    Bought an A9, Denon 4700, Panasonic 9000, Roku Ultra, Harmony Elite 4 months ago. It's unwatchable because the screen keeps freezing while the sound continues. This happens every day. Paid for Geek squad installation and set up. Have called and emailed local store but being ignored for four months. Called main BB but get stuck in automated call cyberspace and cut off after waiting forever. Just spent more time trying and finally got a "sorry, no one is available to take your call, try again later" message.

    Drove all the way from Hernando to Orlando to pick up(curbside) a brand new Sony OLED 77 TV, came home, opened the box and found contents unwrapped with missing TV stand screws and parts. Remote and TV stand appears to be shoved in the box. All papers, TV manual, instruction sheet are shoved and ripped inside the box. Will definitely be returning it to the nearest store. I paid for a brand new TV and expect to bring home a brand new TV and not an opened box or returned item (I have photos). And good luck trying to speak to someone from the store. I feel sick to my stomach that they handed me a used product. I thought that was very sneaky. This is the first time I experience this type of service from Bestbuy. Very Frustrated.

    After using for 5 days the screen separated causing a 3 inch vertical area of pixalation top to bottom on the screen. We are returning the tv and ordered a different brand.
