I bought the 77” & this is a fantastic TV that is well worth the money. The colors & clarity are simply amazing. Clean, thin lines (even when off) resemble a piece of art. The TV is connected as the center channel for my surround sound & is awesome. Although expensive, you certainly get what you pay for in this Sony Masters Series.

This TV is thin, and light weight for 77 inches. The picture is bright and clear. The sound is upgraded. The remote is advanced. There are enough inputs for anyone's needs. The streaming web content is Android based which offer more of the more popular apps than other non Android TV brands.

Amazing picture, easy set-up, totally thrilled with everything but for one exception. The Disney+ app and HBO Max app will not pass 5.1 sound through the optical digital output on the TV. From online discussions this seems to be a "not our problem" stand-off between Sony and the app developers. I had to buy a new A/V receiver that is compatible with HDMI inputs and the eARC feature to be able to get surround sound on those two apps. Especially frustrating since Netflix and Amazon Prime seem to have figured this out when Disney and HBO say they can't.

Tried almost every set under the sun and this one is the best unless you want a light cannon (then get the 950G) for really bright rooms. Blacks contrast and colors are unreal and lifelike. Put a space scene or a 4K source on and prepare to be awed. Can not recommend more highly.

The Sony A9G is an excellent OLED TV with an outstanding design. It has a clean look and is very thin so it looks great on the wall. The color accuracy is exceptional and has an auto-calibration feature. My room is quite large but you can see it from every angle. I’m 73 years old and this was a wonderful gift from my family.

The black in this tv phenomena I love this tv the color is amazing never make you tire watching and the sound is amazing you don’t need a sound bar over all I satisfy with my choice the price of the tv kind up need adjustment make it affordable and the tv very thin it is very full with technology Sony did Awesome job

Master Series - Unbeatable quality in terms of picture presentation. Black is Black. Even in-built sound is great. X1 Ultimate processor does make a difference. Totally recommend this above an 85inch LED. Sony does present a better picture than Samsung in my opinion.

This is the best TV I have ever owned. Ay first I purchased a 65" to place on my entertainment center, but when I mounted it to a wall it seemed smaller so I purchased a 77" and it seems to be just the right size TV. I used the recommended Sony wall mount. The remote is very solid. Android TV is great.

I have purchased this TV for my home theater. Combined it with Pioneer 7.1 receiver with full set of KEF speakers. It creates unbelievable audio-visual experience, even watching news! This is my second OLED TV, and colors are fantastic. True blacks create great palette of colors. Highly recommended!

We love our new Sony television. The picture is clear and shows wonderful details. The sound is fabulous. My husband has a hearing issue which requires the television to be louder than my ears can tolerate most of the time. He has been able to turn the volume down to a level more comfortable for me and still hear. The screen size is just perfect. We both have trouble seeing small print, even with our glasses on, but this big screen has solved that problem and we can search for things we want to watch while we remain in our recliners. We are especially grateful we decided to make this purchase since all the entertainment venues have been closed down for now. We can make a big bowl of popcorn, turn down the lights, and enjoy movies from the comfort of our own home.

The colors just pop with this TV. The darks are truly dark and the bright colors are so vivid. Every time we watch HD or 4K movies, it still just blows us away how crazy good the picture quality is. Can't recommend this TV enough.

I’ve owned this tv for 4 months now and have tested out various streaming platforms, Blu-ray, and 4-K disc content. If you spend some time to adjust the picture setting you will be very happy with the overall performance. You will need to set up each service individually such as Netflix, HBO, Hulu etc - which is a good thing if you enjoy having control over getting the best results. A dark room works great to set the mood and optimize the OLED displays full scope. The upscaling is a stand out feature - HD content is upscaled to 4K really nicely. I tested this with Gemini Man and it was awesome. I paired this set with the Samsung Q90R sound-bar and am very happy with how they work together. The processing speed is very good. Have had to restart a few times to clear some glitches, but nothing major and nothing that I wouldn’t expect. Overall a great and enjoyable tv to watch movies and tv on! Well worth the money if you can get a good deal!

The TV is having trouble after 14 months. Dark lines go through screen. Best But total Tech is a disappointment. The charged me $99 to set up an appointment to look at even thought still under Total Tech warranty. They are saying that there may be more fees. Total Tech is a big disappointment.

This is an amazing TV. I have been looking for months and my wife and I visited a Best Buy in another city. I had my heart set on another major brand and the salesman at the store couldn't bad mouth them enough. My wife an I were disappointed but decided to visit the Best Buy near our house. The salesman, Matt Roy, was the absolute best. He took his time and pointed out the differences between the two sets and reminded us that it was our choice and we would be happy with either purchase. We decided on this one even though it was higher priced. The after purchase support from Matt was even better. My wife and I can't speak highly enough about the buying experience or the TV. Took it out of the box, mounted it on the wall and it worked perfectly without any adjustments. This is the best TV we have ever owned. Overall it looks great from any angle and the brightness is perfect for our living area.

The TV is everything good the reviews say it should be. A great picture, easy to operate, easy to access apps and streaming. We love the upgrade from our older Sony Bravia (circa 2008.) Technology has changed a TON since then and it shows in this TV.

My Sharp 70" died after 8 years. I had to replace it. This TV is awesome! I love the quality of picture and the slim remote. I just wish all the functions for my Dish remote on the TV remote were compatible. It helps to have fewer remotes to work.

I purchased this TV two months ago. Picture is amazing. Perfect black levels and motion is much smoother than Samsung and LG.

Read lots of reviews on BestBuy as well as Amazon, and also read professionals' reviews - I expected a lot from this TV, and I was not disappointed! Got the 77" one. The picture quality, even just watching over-the-air local news, is just incredible! It's like a whole new level of experience... just really, really blown away by the picture and sound on this TV! Have not seen ANYTHING yet (after the first 2 weeks) that I could mention as something below what I had expected (based on reviews) or that I could mention as a "minus". For specific details/numbers see other reviews (luckily, lots of people discussed them already). I am posting just to share my experience and opinion - this is The Best TV!

When looking at LG and Samsung had Samsung before curved TV went bad white spots junk salesman talked me into the Sony. best TV I've ever owned excellent sound pictures awesome blacks you'll ever get.
