Thanks for your feedback on using your BRAVIA XR A80J OLED 4K TV. It's unfortunate to learn you had experienced a difficulty setting up the ARC feature on your TV and A/V device. The best way to use the ARC feature is to have all the devices connected to the back of the TV and make sure that the A/V system is connected through an HDMI cable, with one end connected to its HDMI OUT ARC port and the other on the HDMI IN ARC port in the TV. We do have some good information on how to use the Audio Return Channel (ARC) feature and troubleshoot problems in case you encounter the same issue in the link below.

Thank you for taking the time to review your A80J. We're glad you like the impressive picture and sound quality. We value your input and appreciate the feedback. Sony TVs look the best in the darkest environment possible, so it's a good idea to turn off all lighting sources if you really want the best viewing experience. Light from windows and lamps may cause glare on the TV screen. You can always adjust the picture and brightness setting of the TV for any glare concerns. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming.

We regret to know that the unit had to be returned. We do hope you will reconsider our brand and give us another chance at bringing the theater experience to your home.
