Sony has even improved the performance of the OLED with the additional colors the added. I put this over the fireplace and everyone is amazed at the crisp, perfect picture. Highly recommended.

Awesome OLED TV!

We had Geek Squad relocate the 65” to another room and wall mount this one. While the picture quality is just as good, I cannot find the word to express how awesome the difference is when jumping from 65” to 77”.

I never watch TV; however, since my purchase I have been watching it. The Youtube channels are the best for the 4k scenes. Regular cable shows great aw well. Has made it simple to get into "streaming". The picture is almost 3D...still amazes me after several months of watching it. I bought the bluetooth soundbar and it makes the room vibrate even with lower volume.

Great Picture, Sound and new TV experience.

My 14 year old 60” Mitsubishi DLP final died on me. Fortunately it gave me plenty of warning signs and I was able to scout both the A90j and the A80J. Both are pricey and I really wanted the A90J, but there was no 77” model, so I went to the A8J. The blacks are so awesome and the bright colors are amazing. I love the adjustable feet that allow different configurations, but it sucks that you need two people to change the feet, as I found out when I bought a Sony sound bar. 4K channels from DTV is amazing and it feels like I haven’t watched sports until now. Movie night with the kids is now a real treat with the new sound bar. Overall I love the TV and glad I made the smart economic choice.

Happy yet Diappointed

Really not sure how this could have been better, but the gist is I could not use my Apple TV after installation, which is where all my content resides. Also cables are not hidden, that was disappointing, have to call electrician to hide cables, which means additional cost. Also, since the home is wired for Ethernet, was disappointed this option was not used instead of wireless.

In the end the size/price of the A80 won out. I am not disappointed. This TV does an excellent job with 4k streamed content of course. But the upscaling of 1080i from cable tv is impressive
