Doesn't do it when using ESPN+ or any other apps though so not sure on that. Picture is great watching Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Looks great mounted on the wall.

We're glad that you like the picture quality and design of the TV. It's unfortunate that you are having an issue when using the ESPN app. If you are using the app from an external device, make sure that all connections are properly secured. Replace the connection cable if possible. Try using another device. Power reset the external device and the TV:
1. Unplug the power cable of the external device.
2. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall and wait one minute.
3. Plug the power cords for the TV and the external device back in.

Not as bright as my old LED LCD base tv but far superior overall. The 77 inch display is fantastic size. Highly recommended.

Made a big difference in sound having them do it. Took some fiddling to make it all work but it did in the end.

Love it BUT Already having steaming issues!

Now about the Tv its AMAZING myself and my husband love it so far BUT I am not rating 5 stars because we are already having an issue with steaming apps specifically with Netflix it plays what we are watching for about 15-20 minutes then the app quits, stops working on its own and the Tv goes back to the home Screen. now it wasn't just a couple times it happened its EVERY TIME WE STREAM NETFLIX myself and my husband are very annoyed by it because that's the most used app by us and WE CAN'T EVEN USE IT ON OUR NEW AND VERY EXPENSIVE tv. I will definitely be reaching out to best buy geek squad and Sony to figure out what exactly is going on and I will then update my review and note if I was helped or not.
