I purchased this TV because of the display in the store. It was beautiful however when I got it home it's completely different. I look at the LG inmy bedroom compared to this in my living room and LG still looks better with everyday use. It looks great when playing 4k movies but the home screen and other movies look like a LED TV. Everything is great with my LG and i can't watch anything less anymore. I did my research and this TV and C1 suppose to have the same quality as a LG. I don’t believe it. I'm exchanging it and getting the old faithful LG again. You can't go wrong with their OLED. I'm sorry I tried to change. I did notice the sound is better but i purchased a soundbar to go with the C1 model. LG also has some extra benefits with the 2.1 ports that Sony doesn't have.

Poor reflection handling but gorgeous picture

Loses a star because of the reflection handling. When the screen is black or just a dark picture I see more reflection than video. I do have 3 large windows, but they're covered with room darkening blinds. Sadly I will have to exchange for an LED.
