The TV sound is ok but with the theatre add on system it is much better. However, i have a replacement TV coming. This one arbitrarly makes a loud noise and turns off and then back on but not to the same channel. It may not do it but once a week but it will do it 3 times in one hour!

However, we're sorry to hear that it will be replaced because of some issues that you are experiencing with the unit. This does not happen often and definitely not the buying the experience we want you to have. If you haven't yet, please check if the issue is happening on other input/source and Home menu. Performing reset on the TV may also help resolve if TV is making loud noise or rebooting. Well, now I am totally spoiled

Over the last year I have swapped out almost all of the TVs in my house for OLED (one non OLED left Samsung QN90B) I had a 65" A90J in my lining room that was supurb , but decided I wanted 77". there is no 77" A90J (there is 83" but that was just too large I thought) So I bought the A80K and I am very happy. It is not quite as bright as the LG C2's or the A90J I have but it is bright enough for my moderately lit living room. I am very satisfied with this set... and it has the Google TV OS which I prefer to the LG OS or especially the very annoying (IMHO) samsung TIZEN

I had a Sony X900F 4K LED this one replaced. I thought the older Sony was good, but this one has much brighter colors, more colors and a lot more clarity. I actually love watching documentaries and travel channels now that take you to different locations in the world as it makes me feel like I am there.

My only disappointment is with regard to "Smart" features. Samsung tends to be on top when it comes to technical advancement. Integration with Hue lighting is one such example.

Also, best picture quality, do not expose the screen to direct illumination or sunlight also, avoid installing the TV in a room with reflective wall and floor materials.

I finally got my Sony OLED

As I finished my purchase, I noted he had LG on his shirt. He explained that he is a BB employee, not an LG employee, but he felt LG was better. I left a little disturbed. So next day, I went to another BB store, and again an BB employee again with LG on his shirt (in smaller letters) told me LG was better. I had it installed, and was totally disappointed in picture quality. It was no better than the LG Nano cell I purchased some time back (although for not being an OLED, the LG Nano cell does produce a great picture.) I returned the LG OLED and finally insisted I wanted only the Sony OLED. What a difference in picture quality, better user-friendly streaming, and even the remote is easier to navigate. While LG is good, in my opinion, Sony is better. Even the Sony OLED sound quality without a soundbar was way better. I appreciate BB's easy return of the LG tv. They want a happy customer, which I am!
