Be sure to go through all your settings as well as your AV receiver if you have one. Some of the auto picture adjustments conflict and make the picture look bad. I thought my Denon receiver was garbage until I exchanged it and had the same issue. I went through the settings on the TV and adjusted them so the conflict went away. I’m not a fan of the google operating system on it. I could do without that
