    The tv is great The installer was not He didn’t want the change the HDMI cable out which had been bought when purchasing the tv. We are Total Tech members - this was disappointing. I felt he took advantage of the fact that I was less knowledgeable about these things and that my husband was not around to set him straight!

    I love my new television and I really appreciate the tech guys and the total tech people at my local Lubbock, Texas store. I spent weeks trying to get my issue settled with the online techs. They couldn’t understand my American speech and I for sure couldn’t understand them. From now on I will go in to the store. My issue was settled in minutes.

    TV picture quality is fantastic! Brightness is great, can barely see reflections from the window on the adjacent wall during the day. And games on the PS5 looks great with this TV.
