    This is a very advance TV with a platform from your wifi and a platform from Sony. It can be complicated to install and make sure it functions correctly. This is not a plug and play TV but rather the TV has its own software and various connections. I had the Best Buy Techs install the entire system given the complexity of the product. Once completed the TV with Bose audio system works great. My living room is now like a theater!
