Not the quality I would expect from Sony

Just the other day an entire line of pixels went out on this TV along the bottom row. I’m actually fairly confident this was caused by the staff from Best Buy that installed it. Unfortunately, it did not come to my attention fast enough. I’ve now been informed that there’s only a one year warranty on such an expensive fancy toy. So I am out on the most expensive biggest TV I’ve ever purchased, which is a shame because my Samsung in my living room was purchased in 2011 and it’s still going strong without any issues whatsoever. And now I’m left with an unwanted malfunctioning TV in my living room that I’m going to have to live with for years until I replace it again. Best Buy customer support is extremely unhelpful, a cut and paste reply for everything, and I feel upset for my loyalty to Best Buy since I’ve been shopping there since I was a kid. Buyer beware.
