Delay in voice against video

Picture is very good on some channels and very bad on others. The big thing is the sound is not synchronized to the picture. Twice i called sony to walk me thru a fix and it got a little better, but then it went back in a few days. Very frustrating.

Color depth is amazing

Although the settings on the TV aren't properly tuned when you get it and will have to manually adjust some things. However, it's doesn't have a refresh rate of 120.

Worst customer service in the world!

Not as bright as my old LG

We have been having multiple issues before then, like running out of memory and the display not completely loading so we had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it working.
