    TV Stops working after 3 months of use. Blank screen and light flashing red. Bestbuy repair initiated for over a month and still no news no replacement.

    TV wouldn’t turn on after 22 months. Every time I tried to power it on I was met with 5 blinking red lights. Took it to a repair shop where they told me it was not repairable due to a defective OLED panel. A high end TV that cost me over $3k should last longer than 22 months. Very disappointed in Sony.

    Great tv, but after the fact, found out it wasn’t compatible with xfinity stream, I had to purchase an additional device (ROKU STICK) in order to use my cable provider, or wire and move my cable box. Wish I was told b4 purchasing. Plus opened credit account, was emailed a credit for opening account. Wasn’t told I had until Feb 4 to use. Should have gotten no interest instead.
