I have to turn the volume up to 40 to hear and the color isn’t as great as he told up

Screen view could have been much better

There is another few millimeters of black boundary on the sides and a bulky black line or boundary on the bottom which makes the size of over an inch of black screen line at the bottom which looks terrible

Ultimately I had to refuse delivery. My house warming is in a few days and now I’m left scrambling. Most disappointing experience from BestBuy to date.
