Not even using a sound bar with it at the moment. It took a bit to get used to the menu as I had never used a Google TV menu. Would recommend the TV if you have enough viewing room. We have it in a family room that is open to the kitchen. From the stove to the TV is about 35 feet and looks / sounds good from even that distance.

It makes a BIG difference in my living room. The action adventure movies come to life on the screen. We love it. We had the Geek Squad install it. The two guys were very efficient. They took their time and did it right. Would highly recommend. We added a Sony Soundbar so I can't evaluate the TV sound.

However, the picture is very clear and sharp. The TV fitted onto the original mount I had for my earlier Bravia 55in TV, luckily the TV has adjustable mounting points which worked with my older mount which was a relief. I'd recommend the OLED technology, even if it is a bit more expensive, the picture is amazing.

The movies on this tv almost make you feel you’re at the movies. I will look into to buying a speaker bar and sub woofer to give more clarity for hearing talk. When watching some channels I have to increase the volume to hear some tv shows. Great overall tv.

Picture visual quality is the best I’ve ever experienced. 24p plays good for the most part but that is my only gripe. It works great in summer scenes but as soon as it tries to pan on a bright screen, it judders. And I use an Apple TV because the apps usually only push out at 60hz.

Impressive TV

Sony took everything that was great with the previous model, the a80j, and made it better. Screen uniformity, brightness, processing and sound all improved. They also made the OS much less buggy, it’s a lot snappier than the previous versions of Google Tv. Buy this TV, you will not be disappointed.
