Fairly accurate colors and clarity after a few tweaks right out of the box. Now that it has around 100 hours on the panel, it will be getting professionally calibrated next week. If you spend this much for a TV, spend a little more and get it professionally calibrated.

I have a 950G and I was stunned by the picture until I saw this tv. The A90J is the most stunning picture I have ever seen. I can’t believe how well it handles motion/color and now it’s even better for gaming (thanks to the VRR update). The price tag will scare a lot of people away but you truly get what you pay for. This is the best TV on the market.

Picture of course is not like it is in the store. They say you have to have all 4K equipment, which I have but they must be doing something else extra in the store

Ultimately I came from an LG OLED and I missed the beautiful Sony processing and colors. They are by far the most realistic on the market. The 83 inch size is a dream it feels so immersive and will totally make the center piece of my living room.

Returned and upgraded to the 83” A90J. First one froze up and emitted a white light on bottom of TV. Hack shows change time setting and it would go away. Worked for a couple days and returned and would have to repeat the process. Finally the TV froze and BestBuy total tech came out and decided it would be best to replace. So on my 3rd Sony TV in 3 weeks. Picture is great just hoping it lasts as long as my payments on this $6,000.00 TV.

We have a big living room and so sit 15-18' away from the set, so need a big one. We primary watch DVD/Bluerays and they look great on it. It has gobs of fancy stuff that we don't use at all - dig into the tech info if you are into that kind of thing.
