Perfect color accuracy out the box. Easy setup. Pretty descent Dolby Atmos surround sound without any extra speakers (but if you are buying this TV you have a dedicated system). Menus are smooth, responsive and fast. Just a beautiful 83 inch TV

The colors are amazing and the picture is extraordinary. It’s like going to the cinema everyday! I’d also recommend getting the Geek Squad package, and get them to deliver, set up and calibrate, it’s a big deal.

Glad I stuck with this tv. For movies and shows you can’t beat the XR processor. Games it is lacking a bit as You have to choose Dolby vision or VRR, but that wasn’t important to me. Can’t beat the picture

Unfortunately Sony does not have access to the Xfinity app on Comcast. Therefore you have to add a Roku for streaming basic channels. The systems are sensitive and at times get hung up. This is not due to the TV but the relationship with Comcast.
