Little fustrated

Got it home and opened it up set it up and plugged in. Wouldn’t turn on, got flashing red light. Contacted customer service, was told they would ship me a new tv. The next couple of days called to verify appointment and was told they have no record of anything. Was super frustrated. Now I have an expensive paper weight. Was transferred to another agent and was told they will be shipping me a new one for exchange. Finally got the new tv. Now it works like it’s supposed to. Just wish this would have happened the first time. The last agent I talked to was super helpful and easy to work with. Handled all my concerns the way it should have been done the first time. After all that it now works well. The delivery guys were awesome and on time

This is my second Sony TV and the picture is terrific, the sound is impeccable, and the Google OS is easy to navigate, once you get used to it. This display is impressive without breaking the bamk. I didnt necessarily need all the bleeding edge tech features, just a tv that would be immersive. This fit the bill perfectly

Nearly all of the devices in my home are Sony made. This is my first LARGE television and I'm still trying to get used to watching people who are taller than me. I've had this tv nearly a week and no regrets going from a 46 inch to an 85 inch. I've been trying to figure out the settings for this unit but it's rather difficult to find the manual---even online. The picture of this tv is really good. Other features are too many to mention here. This is a good buy.

Ok Tv Not Great

Wasnt told that Sony doesnt stream with Spectrum and a few other apps we use which forced us to purchase another item to be able to stream our apps we normally watch. We went in for one tv and went out with a different tv the sales person said that it was one of the best tv and picture that the tv we were looking at wasnt such a good brand and was returned alot with issues. We have been back in the store a couple times since the purchase and other tv's a bit cheaper have a more colorful/vibrant picture then the sony we purchased.

You can adjust the settings of the TV to fine-tune the picture quality depending on your needs. Aside from connecting an external device for the app that you are looking for, you can also use the Chromecast built-in function of the TV to cast or display your favorite websites and app screens of your mobile device directly to the TV.
