Right out of the box, the TV impresses with its sleek, minimalist design and ultra-thin bezels, making it a stunning centerpiece for any living room. The picture quality is phenomenal — colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and motion is incredibly smooth thanks to Sony's excellent motion handling. Watching movies in 4K is a cinematic experience, and even non-4K content upscales beautifully. The large 85" screen makes it feel like you're right in the action whether you're watching sports, streaming movies, or gaming. The Google TV interface is fast, intuitive, and loaded with all the streaming apps I use (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+, etc.). Voice control with Google Assistant works flawlessly, and setup was quick and easy. I also love that it integrates well with other smart devices in my home. Overall, this TV delivers premium quality at a surprisingly reasonable price for an 85” panel. However, it does support black frame insertion, Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), and Dolby Vision. RTINGS.com Picture Quality: The BRAVIA 3 delivers decent picture quality for mixed usage. Its wide viewing angle makes it suitable for group settings, as the image doesn't degrade much when viewed from the sides. Bravia Slow Boot Up

When turning on television it seems to have to boot up every time I turn it on. Then the connection to the sound bar is slow, not instantaneous. Otherwise I am pleased with the purchase. But I would like to get some info about these aforementioned issues.

To fix the slow boot, adjust the Power Saving Mode in the settings to enable Quick Start/standby. For the soundbar delay, ensure BRAVIA Sync (HDMI-CEC) is enabled on both devices and try a power cycle (unplug both for two minutes) to speed up the connection handshake.

I have very high ceilings, so a small t v wouldn't look great.It turned out to be great.I can look from the kitchen. The picture quality is perfect.No complaints at all.I have it hooked up to my morantz receiver you can hear every detail. I am very pleased. This is my third or fourth Sony. Once you have a Sony, you will not go back to anything else.

The picture it has good quality. Its heavy though, if your going to wall mount you will need help. The only problem is that it keeps disconnecting from the internet like all the sony tvs!.

TV with a lot of great features

A lot of other tv’s that I’ve had in the past weren’t really easy to navigate and lagged a lot on the smart tv feature. Luckily, this tv doesn’t have any of those problems. The only downside to the tv is setting up soundbars to work correctly.

I didn’t plan on buying a new TV, but my 75” Samsung went out after only 3 years. Apparently this isn’t uncommon for the year mine was made. I was hesitant to spend a bit more with all the less expensive brands available now, but I’m so glad I went with the Sony Bravia. The picture is super clear, and watching movies on it combined with my Sonos system is amazing!

If the Xfinity app is not available for installation on your television, the most reliable solution is to use a third-party streaming device, such as a Roku, Fire TV Stick, or Chromecast, or cast content from your mobile device using Chromecast built-in or AirPlay if supported. Direct installation is not possible if your TV’s Play Store does not show the Xfinity Stream app.
