    Sony doesn't allow for the Xfinity app to be installed so you have to do a work around. Picture quality is great. Sound quality is ok considering the speaker size.

    Bought new tv, took it home from the store. Got it home and opened it up set it up and plugged in. Wouldn’t turn on, got flashing red light. Contacted customer service, was told they would ship me a new tv. The next couple of days called to verify appointment and was told they have no record of anything. Was super frustrated. Now I have an expensive paper weight. Was transferred to another agent and was told they will be shipping me a new one for exchange. Finally got the new tv. Now it works like it’s supposed to. Just wish this would have happened the first time. The last agent I talked to was super helpful and easy to work with. Handled all my concerns the way it should have been done the first time. After all that it now works well. The delivery guys were awesome and on time
