After watching the TV it goes into a loop, only displaying the Sony logo, I checked the software, but apparently this is a known issue. Hopefully Best Buy will stand behind this sale.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the boot loop issue on your new BRAVIA 5. To resolve this, please first perform a power reset by unplugging the TV for two minutes and then plugging it back in; if the logo remains, perform a forced factory reset by unplugging the TV, then holding the physical Power button on the unit while plugging it back in until a white or green LED light appears. If these steps do not break the loop, please contact us directly so we can immediately assist you with a resolution under your manufacturer's warranty.

My husband had been eyeing an 85" tv for the living room and this one checked all the boxes. My only "feedback" on it that's worth noting is the remote doesn't light up- at all. Not a deal breaker in anyway but when you're in a dark room trying to remember where the button is, it can be a bit tricky. Colors are fantastic, interface is great - definitely worth the splurge

Setting it up was a breeze, the menus are easy to navigate. The black levels look fantastic, pretty darn close to achieving what an OLED can do but at a fraction of the cost for the same size TV. Be warned! This is a heavy TV, definitely a two or three person job if you’re wall mounting. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase!

It’s in the basement, so need a sound bar since it seems like the sound is limited to around a small distance from the TV. But picture quality is great. I connect my phone remotely and works fine.

This Sony Bravia 5 has changed my mind completely. I use this tv for mostly gaming and the resolution and refresh rate are very impressive. The picture quality is also top notch and the ability to alter settings to achieve the perfect picture is very easy.I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tv for gaming or sports viewing. A +++

Best Buy delivered on time and was friendly and professional with the delivery. Setup was quick and easy thanks to the step-by-step instructions offered when starting up the tv. Picture size and quality are great. No transition lags or gaps from screen to screen. I use a Sonos Arc and subwoofer for sound. Highly recommended.

Sony makes amazing TVs and this one was nothing less. It’s a huge TV, a bit heavy, but with a little help, the install installation was not too difficult. The colors and the audio are excellent. Plenty of hook up ports as well as sleek design.

Inspite of the small speakers on the back which are located on the left and right, they sounds good and it seems that the growl on the movie seems real. But in fact your speakers that you have are the one's that are on its back. I like this tv eventhough it's on a little bit pricey but it will last as long as you own it. I recommend this sony 85" class Bravia 5 Mini LED if you want to have immerse viewing and your movie seems to be that you are in a theatre watching.
