At the same time, we're sorry you're experiencing issues with it dropping the internet connection. To address this issue, please make sure the TV is within 20-25 feet distance from the main router.

    Do not buy if you are looking for a great picture

    When watching netflix show “Reciever” the tv can’t keep up with the football images when they are running. Noticed same with youtube. I bought this for football season, and am taking it back today. It was not a defective tv, went to store and they played same content on the display tv and same thing happened, images get very choppy. Noticed picture issues on other shows too. I bought the OLED 77 inch A80L and it is amazing!

      Thank you for the review. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. You may also adjust the picture settings which allow you to adjust a wide array of color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness changes that can improve the content you view on your TV.     We purchased this TV based on the picture quality and recommendation we received from our sales rep in store. I do not know if our installation team were thorough enough when adjusting our picture and connecting our sound to our Sonos sound bar, we have not been pleased with the picture quality, it does not meet with the expectations we had from what we saw in store and we’ve had issues with the sound connecting with our sound bar and syncing with the sound in the broadcast, there seem to be some sound delay where we need to make adjustments frequently. For a mid-level entry at this price point, I feel like there was a lot of hype and I expected more, and not have to constantly mess with the sound syncing between the television and the sound bar..

      For picture quality, the issue is occurring most likely because of the quality of the content or connectivity. You may try to improve the image quality by adjusting the Picture mode, Sharpness, and Resolution settings. Check this link for picture settings.

      If you're using cable box, you may request a high-definition cable or satellite set-top box from your service provider. For best picture quality, set your cable or satellite set-top box to 1080i fixed. The type of connection from your set-top box determines the quality of the picture. For best picture quality, request a set-top box with an HDMI connection. The second best choice is Component video.

    Help! Best Buy your better than this

    TV just started powering off on its own. Power setup and plugs from install keep falling off. Apple TV box atteched to TV falling off.
