    From the time I walked into the store to now, absolutely abysmal product and service. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for taking someone’s money and doing what y’all have done. No excuses

    Worst Rescheduling process ever experienced

    This is one of the worst service i have ever received for any purchases. TV, Soundbar, Subwoofer was delivered and could not do the installation because they did not have a TV mount. I was told by associate that if I had wrong size mount the installers will have one but i have to purchase. On the day of delivery - December 9th, i was told to reschedule after having the Mount. I called 3 to 4 times to reschedule and It is December 13th and they are still unable to reschedule. This is pathetic service, even after being Best Buy Total Member. I asked this issue to be escalated 2x, still no response from local store. I would not recommend Best Buy purchases or services to anyone who wants quality customer service.

    Did not come with instructions. Had to print out 145 pag s of instructions.Difficult set up. Cord missing. Had yo go back to store for cord. Still not working correctly. I’m sure no one reads this stuff anyways. Waste of time.

    Started turning itself of and on by itself. It also freezes and the the remotes will not respond, only eay to unfreeze it is to unplug it.

    Show me the TV told me it would be there in three weeks then got a email from Best Buy that I needed to select a new tv.

    I though I was getting the best deal when purchasing this tv until how much it got delay & lost in the way of delivery. At the point I Dont wanna get a new tv anymore. The amount of people I had to talk to find out when is my 3k tv getting delivered. So disappointed on BESTBUY

    Not happy at all had a hinsence un7 picture and everything was better and was 1200.00 cheaper going 2 try and exchange not worth 2600.00 at all very disappointed

    Just get the X90L and save your money. 90% of people won’t notice a difference.

    Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money

    Disappointed is the best word to describe this TV. We purchased it and the picture quality was horrible. Sony needs to also fix the issue with their software because the Sony TV keep disconnecting from WiFi, we had this issue with our previous Sony TV as well. Plus you had to constantly change the picture quality depending what you were watching which is super inconvenient and frustrating for such an expensive TV. When we took it back to Best Buy to return they noticed that the TV was really dim and that the TV should have been brighter. They tried to convince us to exchange for the same TV and try again, we said no thanks and went for a Samsung instead and we are happy we went to Samsung.
