Thank you for the review. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Power reset the TV, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. You may also adjust the picture settings which allow you to adjust a wide array of color, contrast, motion settings, and brightness changes that can improve the content you view on your TV. Expectations Lacking

I do not know if our installation team were thorough enough when adjusting our picture and connecting our sound to our Sonos sound bar, we have not been pleased with the picture quality, it does not meet with the expectations we had from what we saw in store and we’ve had issues with the sound connecting with our sound bar and syncing with the sound in the broadcast, there seem to be some sound delay where we need to make adjustments frequently. For a mid-level entry at this price point, I feel like there was a lot of hype and I expected more, and not have to constantly mess with the sound syncing between the television and the sound bar..

For picture quality, the issue is occurring most likely because of the quality of the content or connectivity. You may try to improve the image quality by adjusting the Picture mode, Sharpness, and Resolution settings. Check this link for picture settings.

If you're using cable box, you may request a high-definition cable or satellite set-top box from your service provider. For best picture quality, set your cable or satellite set-top box to 1080i fixed. The type of connection from your set-top box determines the quality of the picture. For best picture quality, request a set-top box with an HDMI connection. The second best choice is Component video.

Horrible customer service Rockford Store

Worst Rescheduling process ever experienced

TV, Soundbar, Subwoofer was delivered and could not do the installation because they did not have a TV mount. I was told by associate that if I had wrong size mount the installers will have one but i have to purchase. On the day of delivery - December 9th, i was told to reschedule after having the Mount. I called 3 to 4 times to reschedule and It is December 13th and they are still unable to reschedule. This is pathetic service, even after being Best Buy Total Member. I asked this issue to be escalated 2x, still no response from local store. I would not recommend Best Buy purchases or services to anyone who wants quality customer service.

The BRAVIA 7 is designed to be one of our brightest Mini LED displays, and often, certain default settings can limit that output. To ensure you are getting the full brilliance of the screen, we recommend checking these specific settings:
1. Disable Power Saving: Navigate to Settings > System > Power and Energy > Power saving and set it to Off.
2. Turn Off Light Sensor: Go to Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Light Sensor and turn this Off to prevent the TV from automatically dimming based on your room lighting.
