    Picked up the 85 inch version of the Bravia 9 and was immediately blown away by the color rendering and contrast. You see this tv on display in the store and it looks great but once i saw it at home i was taken aback. This display is perfect for a room with lots of ambiant light. Also, the video processor helps make incoming feeds (sports via DTV) sharp. The black levels are managed amazingly with ith whatever backlight magic Sony has incorporated in this thing. I've been watching shows amd movies that i hadn't seen in a while just to enjoy them at home in a way i have hadn't before...a visual feast.

    If you’re looking for a tv that gives the highest impact in hdr there is nothing better than the Bravia 9. Contrast not as good as oled, but you get the high peak brightness full field without compromising color fidelity. Best mini led LCD tv ever.

    The vibrancy of colors, brightness are so much better than OLED. The blacks are 80% of OLED blacks, which is good enough, considering the HDR punch the brightness provided is better than OLED.

    This Bravia 9 85” is an Incredible upgrade from my 17 year old Sony rear projection 65”! Absolutely love the 4k picture! Its like looking out of a window! Best Buy ordered it quick and even gave me a $600 price match when they lowere the price 10 days later! Great experience!
