We're really glad that you like the outstanding 4K picture quality of this TV. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the new standard remote. Unfortunately, there is no numpad on the K series remote control, it has a newly design with smaller, sleeker, and less buttons. However, the supplied TV remote has 123 (Control menu) button. You can press this button, and it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen so you can easily enter a channel.

The LG had so much blooming it was unwatchable. I bought total tech with this and glad i did as both tvs we delivered and picked up. I was an elite plus customer so not happy to have to pay for total tech, but it works. This sony has a great picture and i recommend it. It does NOT have 4 hdmi 2.1 ....i bought it for this decription and now have to deal with it.
